Free Delivery
Your purchase will be delivered free of charge to the shipping address you provide us.
We use Courier Post (Signature Required) to deliver your purchase. It is necessary for you to be available to sign for the parcel once it is sent. If you are not available for signature upon receipt, the goods will be returned to us. Additional shipments incur costs. We will notify you by email of your Courier Post Tracking Number.
Delivery Address
We will deliver your purchase to the shipping address you have provided. The buyer or their representative who has been identified to The Diamond Shop must be available to sign for the shipment.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary (5-15 working days) and we will always advise you by email how long before we can ship your order. In the event of our jeweller making an item of jewellery the time-frame will vary depending on the degree of workmanship involved.
If you have an urgent delivery request please let us know by filling in the 'Delivery instructions, comments or gift message' box on the checkout page.
Communication
All correspondence between The Diamond Shop and you will be to the email address you provide. However if this purchase is to be a secret it is advised you provide an email address the recipient cannot access, such as Hotmail or Gmail.
