The Diamond Shop 30 Day Return Policy

The Diamond Shop offers a comprehensive 30 day return policy.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within the first 30 days from when the item is delivered provided the item is returned in as new condition and complete with all documents.

The Diamond Shop will determine the condition at its sole discretion.

In the first instance contact The Diamond Shop on 0800 888 757 or on our website via our Contact page. It is important you do this so we can discuss with you the correct procedure for returning the item securely. Failure to do this could result in forfeiture of our Return Policy.

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return an online purchase please read the following:

In the first instance call 0800 888 757 or contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorisation Code. We will advise you how to prepare your parcel for return and remember to include this code when returning your item. When packing your return include all original packaging and all invoices & Diamond certificates & valuations. Failure to return The GIA or AGS certificate will forfeit our Return Policy.

• For security reasons, do not write The Diamond Shop anywhere on the outside of the box.
• You must insure your package for the total purchase price.
• Please use Courier Post (Signature Required) and keep a copy of your postal advice as proof of sending.
• Please inform The Diamond Shop of the Courier Post tracking number.
• If you are unsure about anything please discuss the matter with The Diamond Shop Customer Support.

Once we are in receipt of your returned item it will be checked by our Quality Control Department and if it is accepted, we will then either issue a refund or replace your item with another item in just a few days.

Please note we cannot accept any items that show signs of wear and tear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than The Diamond Shop), or damaged in any way. Engraved wedding rings may be returned, however the engraving fee is non-refundable. It is important to follow our returns procedure as we will not accept packages that do not have a Return Authorisation Code or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured.
