Trilogy: A setting of three stones usually all the same size and colour, but can be varied by using a larger centre diamond  & smaller diamonds either side. Other options are  a coloured  centre stone with  a diamond  on either side. The coloured stones which are the more popular choices are Blue Sapphire, Ruby, or Emeralds.
